I got into Dungeons and Dragons and tabletop gaming because I wanted to find a way to stay in touch with my close friends who moved away. In playing this game and running adventures, I learned how special the moments at the table can be. Once I discovered this, I knew that I had to share the experience with as many people as I could.

I've been DM'ing for 10 years, and in my games, you can expect a mix of silliness and goofiness, always with a twist and a smirk delivered by me.

I started as a player in 2019 and was impressed by how powerful and therapeutic this game can be, especially during COVID times. Wearing many hats as a community worker, expressive arts therapist, and mental health advocate, and rooted in culturally responsive and expressive arts-oriented practice, I believe in using interactive storytelling experiences to enhance holistic well-being and self-expression in community settings. I am passionate about working with a team of creative game masters and experts to bring immersive and interactive game experiences to the community and bridge the gap between therapeutic and creative interventions.

Grayson (she/he) - Game Master

I have been a DM for 4 years, but my interest in playing pretend goes back to my childhood. My first experience with Dungeons and Dragons was when I played AD&D2E in 1996. That group eventually dissolved, but I rediscovered the game with 5E in 2019 and began running game shortly after.

In my home games I lean heavily toward roleplay, with a ratio of about 90/10 roleplay/combat. I reward interesting choices, and I tend to inject a lot of whimsy as well as a bit of cosmic horror into my worlds. In my work with Fight the Exposition, I like seeing what different players gravitate to. They choose paperwork more than you might expect.

I have been DM’ing games for 4 years, and have been playing various table top games for upwards of 10 years. I think TTRPGs are a great opportunity to build friendships and connections that last, and also to flex our creative muscles. In my game you can expect encounters to always have a little something extra sprinkled in.

Sam (he/him) - Game Master

I have been playing Dungeons & Dragons for 10 years and running games for 8 years, including a variety of one-shots, multi-session adventures, and years-long campaigns. I love how surprising a game session can become when players get into a groove and make creative decisions together.

I think that TTRPGs are some of the most fun that you can have with your brain. At my table, I love to embody characters and engage in roleplay almost as much as I love narrating how heroic the player characters are when they spring into action. Sprinkle in some goofs and gasps, and you can envision what to expect from a game with me.

Noah (he/him) - Game Master

I've been DM'ing for 10 years, and have always been obsessed with storytelling. Whether it be through movies, video games, or Dungeons & Dragons, I love the connection and impact a good story can have on a group of people.

Due to this, in my games I tend to lean more toward roleplay, however I still love to run a good combat so you can expect a good mix of both, with only a small chance of a TPK.

Katie (she/her) - Game Master

I’ve been playing D&D since 2018. My games are super collaborative and story-forward, and you can expect plenty of voices and accents from everyone you meet.

What I love most is giving my players problems to solve and seeing them come up with creative solutions. I’m excited to build worlds with new tables and to keep sharing the game with new players.
